Chapters have at least 3 variation images that can be used as first, middle and last chapter page. If you look at the images motre closely you will see that the Variation A has two arrows (Previous and Next), the Variation B has Next and the Varioation C has Previous arrow. Often there is also Variation D that has no arrows.
